Personal HANKO are considered registered seals, and there are regulations when registering them. (1) The size of the HANKO must fit within a square of 1 cm or more and less than 3 cm. (2) It cannot be registered unless it is suitable for HANKO.
This "stamp" is a HANKO that proves the rights and obligations of a corporate representative, so it requires sufficient HANKO. The size of the stamp surface is generally 18mm.

Bank seals A company submits a HANKO when conducting a current transaction with a bank, and refers to the HANKO that is registered at that time.
Bills and checks issued by companies cannot be settled unless they are stamped with this HANKO. In other words, this one HANKO can be used to handle all matters related to a company's finances, so you need to be careful. In addition, the size of the stamp is generally 16.5 mm, which is one size smaller than the representative stamp.

Company seal (square seal)
This is a HANKO stamped on contracts, receipts, and invoices. A personal HANKO is a registered seal, and the size of the stamp surface is generally 24 mm.
