Print

Silkscreen
Ink is poured into a screen-covered mold and printed on a continuous printing machine one piece at a time. The ink is used to dye the fabric, and the fabric is steamed to fix the color.

Finish

The ink penetrates deep into the pile.

[Dye printing] After printing, there is a heat treatment and washing process, so the fabric is soft, feels good on the skin, and has beautiful color.

One point advice

When printing on towels, fine designs (lines and patterns) may be crushed.
<Line width of 2mm or more is recommended>
*Gold, silver, glitter and gradations are not permitted.
*If you would like a gradation, please choose A. Imabari-made shirring full color print .

What is a shirring towel?

By trimming the pile (thread loops) on the surface and creating a velvet-like texture, you can express your design beautifully. It also feels nice to the touch and has a luxurious feel.

Due to the steam washing process after printing, the finished product will shrink by about 3% in the longitudinal direction. Therefore, please note that designs with perfect circles or squares may appear slightly distorted.

■DIC color can be specified (excluding gold, silver, pearl, and fluorescent colors)

*The color tone may differ from the actual printed color.
*The color tone may vary even with the same color number due to differences in the printing method and towel itself.
*The printed color may be blurred depending on the combination of the towel body color and the printing color.
*We do not recommend printing on light colors (lime, pink, turquoise, gray, etc.) on colored towels as they are easily affected by the base.
*Frame prints (pigment prints) are made by printing pigment ink on a towel and drying it with heat. Since the pigment ink is placed on top of the uneven fabric, the printed side is particularly susceptible to friction, so when wiping off water or sweat, please use the back side (the non-printed side) as much as possible. Also, to avoid fading or color transfer, please do not leave it wet with water or sweat.
