Corporate bank seal

A HANKO is registered when a company makes a current transaction with a bank, and is HANKO at that time. Bills and checks issued by companies cannot be settled unless they are stamped with this HANKO. In other words, this one HANKO can be used to handle all matters related to a company's finances, so you need to be careful. In addition, the size of the stamp is generally 16.5 mm, which is one size smaller than the representative stamp.

This seems to mean ``opening is prohibited except by the person in charge.'' It seems to mean ``seal'', which is used to close letters and documents, and ``tan'', which is used to seal letters and documents (or written characters).
