We accept requests for re-engraving of HANKO that are no longer in use or that are chipped.

Hand-carved HANKO“Master craftsmanship”
In 1963, he became an apprentice to Ueda Mine. In 1969, he became independent as Hikari Inbo. In 1987, he was certified as a first-class engineer by the Ministry of Health and Welfare. In 2005, he was certified as a traditional craftsman by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. He received a commendation in the 7th National Seal Technology Competition. Notes

  • In the case of re-engraving, the surface of the seal will be shaved off, which will shorten the length of the HANKO.
  • When you re-engrave the HANKO you have received, there may be cases where cracks or chips occur and it may not be possible to re-engrave. In principle, we cannot refund the re-engraving fee.
  • If your keepsake HANKO or memory HANKO is cracked or otherwise unusable, we will hold a HANKO. We are also unable to provide compensation.
