Smile Manager vol.22 Urawa store

My name is Oishi and I am the owner of ``Stamp Shop 21 Urawa Store'', which opened on June 20, 2012.
Saitama Prefecture is a 5-minute walk from the west exit of Urawa Station, along the old Nakasendo road, next to Ginza Aster. Thank you very much.

Four months after opening, we have gradually built relationships with the local shopping district and neighbors, and I feel like we have finally made it to the entrance of "joining the Urawa community." The old Nakasendo road is usually bustling with cars and people, but during the summer festival, we had a special seat right in front of us as the elementary school brass band and mikoshi (portable shrine) passed by, so we watched without doing any work! Our shop is small, about 20 square meters. It is difficult to display a large number of items so that customers can enjoy themselves at their leisure, but since we are physically close to our customers, we aim to provide friendly service and introduce useful seasonal items in a timely manner.

From now on, although we are a small shop, we will continue to work hard to create a shop that people can feel at home and think, ``This looks interesting.'' Our motto is to have our customers leave with a smile on their faces. We will provide even more service than usual to customers who say, ``I saw the smiling manager.'' Please feel free to stop by.
